**Due to the Coronavirus, I am currently offering an increased amount of Personal Training and Nutrition services via video, i.e., FaceTime, Facebook Messenger Video, etc. However, if you prefer, I am still offering in-home services.**
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Nutritionist and provide in-home services. I bring my own fitness equipment so clients don’t have to buy anything or haul equipment to a particular area of the house for training. (Training via video will either utilize your personal home equipment or body weight, which is a great alternative for strength training that doesn’t add unnecessary pressure to your joints.) I work with each client to develop a workout that is tailored to their specific needs, modifying routines as necessary to protect former injuries, etc. I train people of all ages, with varying goals, some of which include weight loss, strength training, maintaining mobility with age, military PT test, injury recovery, etc. I have also provided outdoor training, when requested by my client. Regardless of how often we meet, I email all clients weekly with workout instructions/diagrams that they can use to workout on days that we aren’t meeting, if they choose. As a Licensed Nutritionist, I track each client’s nutrition, as well, and send healthy recipes each week. If a client prefers, or during severe weather, I also provide training via video platforms, such as FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, etc.
