After seeing countless clients struggle with quick fixes, fad diets, and excessive cardio, I’ve made it my mission to simplify fat loss and deliver lasting results without the confusion. I believe in strength training over hours of cardio and teach my clients that true fat loss is about building lean muscle, boosting metabolism, and training in a way that fits their life. This allows the development of a strong, athletic physique that displays a small waist with strong shoulders and toned legs. We focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes. A key challenge I help clients overcome is the “all-or-nothing” mindset—fat loss doesn’t require drastic measures. Success lies in balance: strength training, nutrition, and recovery. I teach you to strengthen your body, fuel it properly, and make exercise enjoyable. Together, we’ll transform your body and equip you with the tools to keep the weight off for good. My goal is to help you gain confidence, improve your health, and establish lasting habits.

Back in 2017 had a membership to Mays Family YMCA at Potranco. Michael approached me asking if I would be interested in personal training sessions. was reluctant because I didn't know if 1 could afford it and 1 really didn't enjoy working out lol. I accepted the offer and I don't regret it! Michael is a very enthusiastic person who is extremely passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Michael understooo my goals and made me feel comfortable asking questions. He is also very attentive and focused only on me during my sessions. He carefully tracked my progress and regularly assessed and monitored my progress and changed my program as necessary! I look forward to working with him in the future!

Michael is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I have known him for more than 5 years now. I worked with him pre covid for in person training sessions and online sessions during covid and again in person training sessions post covid. The experience with him has been very positive. He is very knowledgeable with a professional background in exercise science. He is a thorough professional. He emphasizes on goals with periodic check ins and course corrections. He is well prepared for the sessions, such that you get a full value for the session that you are paying for. He is always available for questions in between sessions. I would highly recommend Micheal as personal trainer, online or in person.

Training with Michael for over 4 years has been a process of learning and improving my knowledge of the best way for my body to respond to physical exercise. In my case, it has also been very important to know how to avoid injuries. Michael is an excellent professional who cares about designing a training program appropriate to my very specific characteristics of age, type of work and lifestyle in general. He also cares about helping you with your habits, such as sleep quality, food, stress management and rest periods between your training days. For me, it has been and is an excellent investment in my present and future life’s quality.

I have trained with Michael on and off for about 4 years. When I first came to Michael I was already comfortable in a gym setting, however I was not sure how to get past a plateau I had hit. Michael listened to my goals and helped me reach them while teaching me the importance of having a balance with all aspects of life not just the physical training part. He is truly such an amazing trainer, he’s extremely knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer to help them reach their goals.
