- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing on my menu is a baseline. Intricate designs/decorations may be an additional cost. Delivery cost is based on the distance and starts at $8.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate about what you have in mind. While I don't guarantee or attempt to achieve the looks of others' work, I do encourage clients to look for photos of what they want their cakes to look like. This allows me a baseline of what you're looking for and I get creative from there. I will then provide loose pricing, via chat. If the client wants to move forward, I email an official quote with all relevant detail. The quote will then need to be accepted, generating an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed culinary school in 2012 where I patisserie and baking at the Le Cordon Bleu in Miami, FL.
