- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How your customized program works: 1. Each week we meet for 40 min in person, by phone, zoom, or facetime. During this meeting, I help you create a weekly personalized nutrition action plan. You will be clear on what to do each day. I also email you a personalized summary followup for reference. 2. Each week we review your past 7 days successes and struggles. Then we calibrate and plan what you could do better next time. 3. Throughout the week, I check in with you via email or text to hold you accountable and make sure you’re on track. 4. You will have access to optional weekly videos/worksheets that build upon one another teaching you nutrition practices to put into action. These are here for your reference to do on your own time. We will discuss them in our weekly calls. Apps you will need on your phone or computer: 1) Video conferencing software: Zoom, or FaceTime 2) Texting: Whatsapp or general text 3) Gmail: emails and Google Docs, Google Calendar
