- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a conversation to understand the customer’s specific needs, including the size of the move, any special items, & their timeline. After that, we provide a detailed & transparent estimate so there are no surprises. On moving day, we handle everything from carefully wrapping furniture & packing fragile items to efficiently loading & unloading. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to make the experience stress-free, so customers can feel confident their belongings are in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in this industry comes from hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in every aspect of the moving process, from packing, loading, to logistics, & customer service. I’ve learned the best practices for protecting furniture, maximizing efficiency, & ensuring customer satisfaction.
