- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service is billed in advance starting after your first 3 appointments. The best rate is the monthly rate as it allows for a fixed monthly lead cost for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first have our initial conversation to make sure we are good fit for each other. Then we will sign an agreement that will commence after your first appointments have completed and you have ideally presented your potential customers with quotes. Payment for your first month appointments will be expected at this time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the marketing/leads/appointments business since 2014 and have construction/remodeling experience that began in 2004. * Probably the most important thing that i do is when I set the appointment for say a roofing company is that I always ask the prospect "Are there any other areas that we need to take a look at? Fence, windows, gutters, siding, etc" Once the roof is done, the company has the opportunity to get additional work at no additional lead/marketing cost. The lead has already been paid for. If they only do roofs, they can sell or partner with say a fence company to further monetize the lead. I can also put complementary companies in touch with one another if needed.
