This was my first maintenance on this mower and he found out that the blade had been put on upside down (a prank at the factory or retailer?) and had been running backwards since being taken out of the box. He performed a tune-up, switched out the old blades (which still had an edge on the cutting side), replaced the oil and sparkplug and all at a good price and kept his appointment time. I would definitely call him again the next time my mower needs some TLC.
