FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing. I know, I know. It’s scary. You’d rather talk about your products or services, how can I help potential customers, or frankly, anything else in the world well after all the excitement of attracting a potential new customer, pricing seems like such a killjoy. What we do is provide them with the simplest explanation of my pricing, and then think about the related questions they would have at this juncture. I’m not selling , I’m explaining. Now if the price is too high then here’s what we do we talk it over first , be 100% committed , of course I don’t assume anything I find out what “too high “ really means so last but most definitely not least, listen to the answer the client gives me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
