- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We would like all our prospective customers to understand that we are rarely the cheapest option. However, we feel that we are the option that will provide the most value to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer there is typically an in person meeting where we go over the plan, the vision, and the budget for the customer. Based on that meeting, we will turn around a quote and possibly a visual deliverable to the customer. Once the price is agreed upon, we set timelines and do our very best to stick to those timelines while engaging with the customer along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We feel that what sets us apart is that we don't have any one person that is the sole contributor to the job being completed. All of our employees come from different specialty backgrounds that will add value to every customer location.
