Raul was such a Godsent for my investment property!! I had already invested in a lowsy contractor who took off on the first major property project and then was very particular and strict with my expectations and evaluations of contractors and subcontractor pros. Raul was referred to me by my sister and since his first inquiry response has been dependable, responsive, professional, punctual, produced quality work and looks out foe client beyond the tangible work. Raul was not only assembled. installed, created, framed, replaced, fixed, and touch up all kinds of things while getting my furnished rental up and running - he also has been nice enough to take in so many deliveries/packages to my property since I don't live in the same city. He's even taken out and brought back in my recycling and trash bins for me while I'm not there. He's looked out for and taken in mail with important items. He's helped get piles and piles of boxes, trimmings, and trash organized, in bins and out for pick up. He completed most of my electrical Items and was able to help my wallpaper pros get the bathroom finished because it needed his expertise and tools. I highly recommend Raul for whatever scale project you have and definitely if you're an investor.

Raul is amazing! I sent him pictures of the idea I had for an accent wall on my island and backsplash for the kitchen. He successfully brought my vision to life. He is extremely responsive and was able to complete my project within a few days. He is very diligent and attentive to detail and he even gave me advice on what grout and color of tile would look best when we did our initial consult. Thank you again for helping me make my house feel more like a home!

Raul was so excellent. I needed a little project completed within a day because I was headed out of town in the morning, and Raul was so accommodating! He was able to come that same afternoon and even chatted with me on ideas and strategies to best complete the project and make it look seamless. I felt I could trust Raul right away and was very comfortable having him in my home while I left to run errands. His price was very fair and his workmanship is top notch. I am so glad to have found him and will definitely ask him back for help on other improvements!
