- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send our pricing and explain how the rate is determined. Once the appointment is booked the customer will receive a confirmation email/text. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before the appointment. Then the crew will call when they are on their way letting the customer know when to expect them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have ongoing safety protocols and in-house training.
