- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my customers say I am very reasonably priced, even under the market rate. I provide an affordable and excellent service because I like to help folks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate well with the customer by message, text or phone to let them know what day I will arrive and when I am on the way. I also ask at the end of the job if there is anything else I need to do and if the customer is satisfied. I don’t leave until the customer is pleased with my work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
