For the small amount of junk I needed removed, the fee was a little pricey. But BigStar was very prompt!

Kept saying they would be here but gave multiple excuses. Once I cancelled got rude. Worst customer experience I have ever had. While I should post the text message thread, I won’t. Yet. Stay away from this company. Absolute joke.
