FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have many ways to help pay the costumers for us every costumer is different and everyone needs different help to fix their problema and for more questions contact us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically get in contact with my new customer through a phone call to schedule an appointment so I can go see them. Once I'm there, they tell me what is happening to the house, and then I check the levels of the house in order to find a solution to their problems. If we come to an agreement, my employees can start the job the next business day, if the customer allows it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than training I have years of experience in this topic. I started doing the hard work and learning from the people who knew what they were doing. Now, after decades of working on this, I'm the one leveling the houses; however, I know everything from digging a whole to find the beam, all the way to leveling a house until it's perfect.
