- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to meet with you at the property generally. Then we go over your concerns or what you are looking for. Third, we get all the exact measurements and calculate the job cost. You will be provided with diagrams and measurements for the project. Then we offer you a fair and honest price for the work and then set up your start date and things you can expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a general contractors license and am permitted to work in any county that I need. I have managed several business before I started Sage FX and I have learned this business from the bottom up. Customer service and communication is so important to me.
