Overall, Omar’s crew did a great job. We could tell they were busy and we scheduled them a few weeks in advance and they were able to meet the timeline we discussed. The big point for us was that continuous communication with Omar helped us to ensure the work was done and done well. If you work FRC, you will get a good value with a solid warranty but you should make sure to continually over communicate your expectations and not be afraid to ask questions and reaffirm the work that has been done. This is mainly because their are a number of people working at the same time and it seemed like sometimes messaging was lost with some of the junior workers. That being said, we appreciated their professionalism and customer-focused approach.
