- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically respond to your inquiry within a few minutes and aim to schedule a call to discuss the details. Once we gather all the necessary information, we generate a quote and send it to you via email and text message. You are required to review all the details, choose your preferred date and time for the booking, and input your payment details to confirm your booking. Our cleaners will arrive on the specified date and time to carry out the service.
