- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of the job, so we provide clear, upfront quotes before starting. We believe in fair, quality-focused pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. We offer one-time and recurring cleaning services, including house and apartment cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, laminate/vinyl floor cleaning, Saltillo tile restoration, and upholstery cleaning. Customers who choose recurring service may receive frequency-based discounts, and we occasionally offer promotions for new customers. Any applicable discount or promotion will be clearly communicated before booking. For larger or specialized jobs, we’re happy to provide a free estimate so you know the price in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically respond to your inquiry within a few minutes and aim to schedule a call to discuss the details. Once we gather all the necessary information, we generate a quote and send it to you via email and text message. You are required to review all the details, choose your preferred date and time for the booking, and input your payment details to confirm your booking. Our cleaners will arrive on the specified date and time to carry out the service.

In terms of my background, I specialize in IT Infrastructure management. We strive to leverage technology in all our processes, from booking to the completion of services. Here's how we incorporate technology: We have automated notifications to keep you informed of all activities related to your booking. For payment processing, we provide a trusted and secure gateway through Stripe. Utilize an intuitive booking portal, allowing you to easily book and manage your services without the need to call us. In addition, our cleaners are equipped with a field management application, enabling them to have all the details at their fingertips. They bring 8-15 years of expertise in their field, ensuring top-notch service.
