- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like giving flat rates so there are no surprises. Nothing irritates me more as a customer than paying hourly and not knowing how long it will take. We do not give hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are extremely flexible. We understand that people are many times unable to be there for whatever reason. We offer online payments, and also work with realtors if you are out of town. We also give an efolder of photos if you are not available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always reading about different cleaning tricks. I attend conferences specifically for this industry to make sure my company is best.
