Made an appointment a week in advance. The day of didn’t hear from them so I messaged and they said they were going to be short a person so they pushed the time to afternoon and then I get a text maybe 2 hours before they were supposed to show up basically saying “sorry we can’t come today”… to me, That’s just super unprofessional. I tried to be as flexible as possible with times but just to completely cancel on me is ridiculous. 0/10 for customer service for sure.

Good morning Mrs Kelsey, to be honest I completely agree with you this is very unprofessional however the injury was an unforeseen event I do apologize for the cancellation I did notify you as soon as I had word. I know this is very disappointing but it was completely out of our hands. I did offer a different slot and would be more than happy to accommodate. We do pride our selfs in our customer care as we do love to help others and love to go above and beyond and as far as contact as discussed on walkthrough we normally notify our clients the minute we are on our way with our ETA. Once again I do apologize for the inconvenience and do hope you have an amazing day.
