- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and emergency responders a 10% discount. We also offer discounts to our re-occurring customers for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services. Prices given are not fixed and may increase depending on the condition of the home(Example: if home requires more work than an average condition place), how accurately information was submitted on Thumbtacks form of the place to be serviced (cleaned), size of the place to be serviced (cleaned), or any extras added at the time of visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new customer can expect a final walk through their home, apartment, or office to ensure that everything was met to their satisfaction after the initial cleaning. No refunds or partial refunds are given. For this reason, we do a final walkthrough with the customer to make sure everything was done to meet their expectations. We ask that first time customers are at their first cleaning to make sure that expectations are met. Customers will sign off at the end of the walkthrough a document that states everything was done to their expectations. Should the customer have a concern, we (the home office) are more than glad to talk with you to remedy anything that may arise (which has not occurred to date). After the first cleanings the customer and cleaner typically know what the customer wants. Every customer is different, and we tailor our cleaning according to our customers' needs and expectations due to various busy lifestyles.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to clean and would make the kids and my spouse clean every morning before we head out the door and do detail cleaning on the weekends before we did any activities. This made us think, how many other people dreaded cleaning. We started our first cleaning business called San Antonio Cleaning Services back in the early 1990's and eventually I went back to school to get a degree and re-established our cleaning company and renamed it Spotless Angel Cleaning Services.
