- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is provided as a standard quote depending on the size of the home. It may change depending on the conditions of the home and the square feet. Transparency with prices is key for us which is why we provide a walk through of the home and discuss frequency of cleaning and price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we will be coming to your home we like to ensure there is an environment of comfort and high professionalism. We treat your home as if it was our own, with great respect. We provide a walk through of the home so you can show us any areas of concern and what you would like to see as the end result. We talk about days and times that work the best for the first time and then set reoccurring instances in the future. Then we simply get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my team and I have worked together for 3 years and have a great work ethic as a unified team. I personally have over 10 years of experience in both commercial buildings and also residential settings. 3 years i worked as a caregiver which provides me to provide a special level of care to our elderly customers.
