• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  $45 per hour plus tax with a 3 hour minimum. You're in control of the time and duties.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I ask the potential client their approx. sq. ft., number of bathrooms, number of pets and people living in the home, if it's a move-out cleaning, etc. and then give them an estimate of time it typically takes to complete their project. BUT, the hours and duties are always matched to the client's needs and budget!

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Started this business in my early 20's and am still running it by managing cleaners and scheduling clients 35 years later!
