FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the most thorough inspection for one simple price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for client's full name, email, cell, and address of the property to be inspected. We also ask for agent's contact info for clients who wish to have their real estate agents involved. After settling on a time and day for the inspection, Superior Inspector sets up the inspection through the proper channels. Clients will receive an email confirmation once the inspection is scheduled with seller's agent. The day of the inspection, our inspector will send text reminders. For added convenience, clients will receive a text when Inspector is about 30 minutes from finishing the report onsite. Clients can then proceed to the property to go over the report onsite (remote viewing available).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our inspectors hold professional licenses in the state of Texas. They are also trained for Infrared, Termite, Septic, Pool and spas, and much more. Their education is continuous.
