- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest, upfront pricing which typically includes all services and materials required to complete the project. Since there are many variables in any flooring project, we customize each project to meet our customer's individual needs. We love working with new customers daily and our top priority is to make the customer experience a positive experience for all involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the details of the project over the phone, then arrange for a free in-home design consultation where we bring our mobile flooring showroom stocked with over 3,000 samples. We will measure the areas included in the project and provide pricing with a detailed proposal either on the spot or within 24 hours of meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We spend considerable time training to each year to keep up with industry developments and best practices. And, our installers are all seasoned professionals who have been active in their trade for many years.
