It’s rare to find someone like Val Presas who treats his customers with such outstanding customer service. I hired Val to repair and install an ice maker in our Frigidaire refrigerator and he serviced an older Whirlpool electric dryer and cleaned it out to look like new. Val takes a lot of pride in his work, he’s very knowledgeable and professional, fairly priced and a good person to work with. I highly recommend him and I will be using him myself for years to come.

I highly recommend you utilize Presas Legacy for all your needs. Val was punctual, polite, and extremely thorough. He not only addressed all of our concerns, of which were not related (separate jobs that he addressed in the same session) and provided useful context that explained the breadth of his concerns and the solutions. He also performed a diagnostic on a separate appliance free of charge. Most importantly, Val completed our job with professionalism and extreme thoroughness, performing much more than what was needed to complete the job. I highly recommend Val, we will be using him in the near future for my jobs as well.

Working with Val was great, couldn’t be happier with his services. Originally requested him to service our dryer, which had a burning smell, and turned out our exhaust vent was blocked which caused excessive lint buildup inside the dryer. He was able to diagnose the issue, provide several options, and pointed me in the right direction. After servicing the dryer, cleaning up the buildup, and showed me the fire hazard, he came out a second day to clean out our exhaust vent. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and had a great value of pricing. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be reaching out to him for other jobs in the future.
