- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing policy depends on the type of work, the volume, and the complexity of the task. There is a minimum hourly rate, but discounts are possible for larger projects. Additional costs may apply for special materials or tools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving an order, I review the task and discuss all the details with the client. Then, I provide a time and cost estimate, and only after that do I begin the work. I maintain communication with the client throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had an interest in manual labor and repairs. I started by helping friends and family, and over time, it turned into a professional activity as I received more orders and improved my skills
