Mr. Escobar is very professional. We initially started via text message. He requested pictures and he was able to quote a price. We agreed on the price and he was able to start the very next day. The quality of his work was very good. He took his time and kept his work area clean and organized. We will be working again with him later on this year on a small tile project and room painting. Edgar was available within 24 hours of my request for a handyman, and he was very patient with me as I talked him through what I needed, and he readily moved a lot of items around for us to make room for the work we needed. He had an assistant with him, and they worked tirelessly all day. Edgar replaced two small ceiling lights with new ones, installed 6 sets of curtain rods, and he and his assistant painted a large closet and master toilet room/water closet. He was reasonably priced and was willing to discount his prices a bit more on the electrical work, since I was using him for so many other things around my house. I saved his number and will definitely reach out to him for future handyman work. He was great, and I highly recommend him!
