- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I communicate with them, to get an understanding of what they want done. Next we schedule a time that works for both parties. Finally I show up on time or communicate accordingly, do the job to the best of my ability and charge for my time/labor.

I first started learning the trade from my father as he did this type of work for many years.
