I needed my deck cleaned and restained/repainted. Art (and Josh) was extremely prompt with communication to set up a meet for the estimate, provided excellent guidance on services needed, showed up on agreed upon times, and did a great job. They also responded and followed up for some finish work promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company for any of the professional services they offer. I highly recommend. Had my windows cleaned inside out! I could not be happier. Art and his team were friendly, professional, and did such an amazing job! Some of my windows are so clean you almost can't tell they are there! I was so pleased with the windows I am having them come back to clean the rest of house exterior! They are very reasonable priced and work quickly! I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

Awesome service and performance of the job. Art was just wonderful and did a great job staining our deck and cleaning our many tough to reach windows. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Special thanks to these guys for being so nice and willing to come back and stain minor areas on the stairs that were missed. Very personable and nice people. Highly recommend this company.

Art Medellin with True View Window Cleaning & Home Services responded quickly with my request of cleaning & staining my deck. The deck was power washed clean to a like new condition. Art then returned after the deck had sufficient time to dry and sanded rough areas of old deck stain and wood to prepare for staining later that same day. Staining was completed the next day. Art also returned 2 days later to touch up areas where the wood soaked up more stain. Art's estimate was rock steady and no additional costs were needed to complete the job. My in-laws were so impressed with Art's professionalism and work, that he clean and stained their deck, power washed driveway, and cleaned covered patio sky lights all on a Saturday. I will not hesitate in calling or recommending Art for future jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is designed to make any job affordable. It is 100 percent customizable. For instance widow jobs are priced per window Gutter jobs are priced by linear foot Pressure wash jobs are priced by square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always have a great work ethic and make sure to explain everything that we are doing to the clients home/business. We also conduct a pre walk through and a final walk through so we know that we went above and beyond for our clients And last but not least we always educate our clients with any of our services that we offer. That way they are always in the loop of of our performance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At True View all of our service technicians have no less that 5 years of experience. We also practice OSHA safety requirements to protect ourselves and your home/business.
