Alec came out almost immediately after I called even though it was late night. He knew exactly how to fix the door. He was very professional as well as polite and caring. He took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about the door being broken all night! I would highly recommended Alec. I feel like he went above and beyond for our circumstances—it was late night and a holiday week—he was a real professional and did exactly what he said he would for the estimated cost.
