- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. I'm very competitive with my pricing, but keep in mind I use quality parts so everything can be fixed the correct way the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will be as corgel as possible: I will ask you what the door is(or / isn't) doing, noises its making. And When is the last time it was serviced??
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree, Certified to work on garage doors, training course.
