Louis' work is top-notch. He repaired my chairs above and beyond what I expected. I have been putting off the work for years and saw examples of his work on Thumbtack and the Nextdoor app - and took a chance. Louis walked into a mess of a footboard and made the best of it . If you get down with a light there are a few areas you can tell we’re repaired but for the damage that was there I would give it 5 out of 5. Looking at it from a standing view it looks great!! For the price and amount of time it took to get done I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Louis. You saved me a lot of grief! Recommend to anyone looking to repair or restore wood.

Excellent job by Louis! This phonograph dates back to 1920 and was in really rough shape; it served as a house and bathroom for mice for many years... Louis repaired some areas where the wood had chipped significantly and, as requested, refinished the unit close to the original stain. He disassembled the interior lower shelving to refinish it and reassembled it expertly. I am looking forward to reassembling the works so it will look close to as it did when new.

$75 minimum sevice call fee and if work is done with me then amount goes towards the work.

We will show up to your location , look and give an estimate of repair or service needed.

I have over 16 yrs of woodshop experience, including color matching, custom building, cabinet refinishing, repair,structural damage repair,upholstery repair, knowledge of all kinds of stains, sealers and finishes.
