FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I’ll speak with them and get a full understanding and make sure we’re a good fit. Then I’ll speak on what I’ll do, how long it may take to make sure it matches the customers expectations. I rather under promise and over deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended 3 paid engineering internships back in high school over the course of 3 summers, I was also in robotics club and I took engineering classes in high school and college although I didn’t major it engineering. Outside of that I’ve always been handy, good with my hands and if I don’t know how to do something finding the right person or doing it myself.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing work for a mentor in Puerto Rico who trained me as a Airbnb host but of course I had to learn my wax on wax off phase first so I started boots on the ground fixing things, providing maintenance or overseeing things being fixed.
