Hired Critter One after having a competitor (Wildlife X) quote us $23k to do exclusion and attic restoration after raccoons in our attic. Critter One came in and did what actually needed to be done for $1800. Zach, our salesperson, was amazing. He was honest, punctual, and never once pushed us. In fact he even talked us out of some work to save us money. That’s what customer service looks like! They even came back and did a little extra work, per my request, without charging us.
