I hired Frank to replace 4 fans on August 29th, he put up 3 fans and the last fan needed a special piece to install. He told me to order the part and he’ll come back to replace it. I contacted Frank on September 2nd and told him I had the part, Frank then said he’ll come on Monday to finish installing the last fan. Monday came and he said he’ll be there Tuesday. I’ve been trying to reach him since Tuesday and all calls and text messages have been unanswered, now I have an unfinished fan hang on my ceiling.
