Our estimates are based on a national insurance approved price list. This price list is generated by Xactimate and is an industry standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive on-site to new customers homes within four hours of initial contact and begin the water, fire, or mold mitigation process. Our goal is to be faster to any size disaster in order to mitigate any secondary damage that occurs as time passes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPROs corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property.
