- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two cases are identical and we don't treat you like a number. Because of that, I can only give an accurate estimate after talking to you and getting the facts of your case. However, because of my experience, I have a pretty good idea and can give you a ball park on most issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, it is all about information. I need to know your story and how you got to where you are now so we can work through your case and get what you want. Second, is a little research. In almost every case, there are basic documents or records that I will need to properly represent you. I tell you what you need and help you get it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in hundreds of cases involving breach of contract and insurance claims. We also enjoy helping people get over a tough spot in their life and move on to better things. sometimes that means helping with a divorce or helping with an issue with the police.
