Called for an estimate, The owner initially said he would come that afternoon he called just before he was supposed to arrived, and canceled because he had to do payroll. Promised to come on the following day. Someone else from his organization called without identifying himself seem disheveled, said he was asked to come to give an estimate but had a conflict so he could not come that day but could come two days later. I waited for the agreed appointment time of 10:00 am, but he never showed, so I called, he said he texted me I said you did not, and he said "oh I see that was someone else" I can be there in 18 minutes. He then asked me for my address again and said he could make it by 11. I had a meeting at 11, but canceled my appointment altogether because it was yet a third or fourth example of how disorganized this company is. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Hire this pro I recently had a tub to shower conversion.I was skeptical, because i've had so many bad experiences with contractors in the past. This company did an excellent job. The workers were on time professional and paid great attention to detail. What I was very impressed with was the way they were in constant communication with me, making sure my expectations were met.
