Fred was the best man for the job! We needed our thermostat switched out- to a newer system. He responded right away and was able to come out same-day and get it all taken care of quick and easy! We will definitely call on him again for any and all of our HVAC needs.

We had a 20+ year old thermostat replaced with a Nest thermostat and we’re extremely happy with the work that Fredrick did. He had to change wires out in the attic because our previous thermostat was so old. He even helped us set up the new thermostat through the app and stayed to make sure everything was working properly. We would definitely recommend him!

Fred was able to come on short notice and despite a scheduling snafu (my fault!). He fixed our thermostat quickly. He did charge more than what was quoted ($75 vs $65).

I cannot say enough good things about Fred. He responded immediately and we made a plan for him to come to my house the next day. He kept in touch with me by text and arrived right on time. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and perhaps best of all really good at helping me understand my heating and air conditioning systems and what he was doing to do a check up on both my house and my guest house next-door. Because of him, I feel equipped to maintain both systems going forward. I will call him in the spring to come do another check up. He also recommended several things that I might want to do, including some cleaning of the equipment and similar maintenance items. He explained them but in no way pressured me to do them and made it clear that he was willing to help but clearly was not trying to have me do something just so that he could make some money. And, the price he charged me for what he did do was way less than I thought it would be. I highly recommend.
