Through American Home Shield, Valiant came out and first replaced our Air Handler, and then when our Condenser failed, they replaced that unit as well. In both cases, the technicians assigned were professional, courteous and answered all my questions. In addition, they left the work areas tidier than when they started. The coordination and response from Amanda at the front office was excellent. Whether or not you have AHS, I highly recommend Valiant.

These folks are awesome! I have had huge troubles getting my AC back running and they went above and beyond on multiple warranty service calls to get it fixed. Not only did they replace the motor on the condenser, but they also rerouted the drain line and I now have confidence in my AC again! Not to mention that calling in was very professional and they always gave me a good heads up when they were headed my way. 10/10 recommend to a friend and will no question calling them if I ever have anything else happen. These folks know what they are doing.
