It's very rare to come across a company that gives you an honest advice including one that means they wouldn't make any money. I had such experience with BlueLine. I had a small leak and they didn't push for me to get a new system. Instead they recommended for me to wait until the freon is low to then explore options. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty.

Our AC broke just before going to bed on a Saturday night. I submitted a request around midnight asking for a response asap. By 8 am Sunday am Amanda reached out to me and reserved my appt from 11-1. I asked her if anything came up sooner to please let me know. She pinged me around 9 am that a technician was available sooner and on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. Miguel arrived and immediately repaired our AC... and it is not even 10 am on Sunday and he is on to the next family to help. We will use this company from now on and we are very grateful... it is very hot and their service and care is superior.

Would definitely recommend for your heating /Ac needs. I’ve had about 6 people come out in the last 4 years to fix my heat and nobody ever could. They would just charge me thousands of dollars for something and my heat was never fixed. Blue line came out and was here about 20 mins and the problem was already fixed. Great service !
