- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are proud to offer discounts for military (Active/Retired), First responders, teachers, senior citizens, and church parishioners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted, we will gather some basic information from you, and book your service with us. Our customers receive communication, from the very beginning, including appointment times, on my way texts, and job completion invoices as well as technician surveys.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apollo Air’s technicians are all masters of their craft. That means, we go a step further with our hiring process and only employ NATE certified technicians and installers. Each one of our professionals have been trained, and certified at the highest level of their profession, and are proud to be apart of the top 5% in the nation.
