- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for AC work varies depending on the job or repair needed. Fairness and honesty are keys to success, though. Discounts are based on work done, multiple units, customer loyalty, etc..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like getting to know my clients and their families as individuals. I like to learn a little about what you like and don't like about your air conditioner, whether you're hot or cold natured, have allergies, etc.. It helps me be the best I can for you when I know a little about what you're looking for with your air conditioning needs and wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple factory and distributor training courses each year, as well as online training from the various manufacturers.
