Technicians did a very thorough inspection of my a/c system including photos of potential problem areas and duct work in attic. Quote was provided with data from system analysis. After discussion of data and what it meant, work started with least expensive option first. It worked and system is putting out cold air again, so didn't have to take further more expensive steps. Highly recommend them.
