- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a per person charge then tax and a service charge of 10 to20 percent depending on guest count is added. The service charge for a "drop-off" is usually $50 for serviced within Loop 1604 and $100 outside of loop 1604. For wedding caterings we usually provide a tasting at no charge, if a second tasting required a $16 to $25 per person depending on menu type is added to the final bill. We collect a 20% deposit upon hire, then the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We submit a quote based on the customer's preferences and selections, number of guests as well as service needs. we prefer to chat with the prospective customers directly and work something out, then we take care of the rest, so that customers don't have to worry about a thing. Reaching out to customers directly to work something out is important for getting things right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years in the food industry trained under several talented chefs in many settings such as restaurants, hotels and resorts in the U.S. and the Caribbean islands, and we have produced banquet functions for large and small groups. We are able to prepare a wide variety of cuisines, anything from Barbecue to Mexican/TEX-MEX, American formal , or casual, and International Cuisine. We serve all groups such as Weddings, Funerals, Birthday and anniversary, graduations, etc..etc.. and Corporate functions.
