I am beyond thrilled with GreenLeaf. They were able to do my mom’s carpets with short notice a week before Christmas. Her floors needed help and the tech went above and beyond to remove years worth of damage and stains. A few of the stains did come back, but I genuinely don’t think they’ll ever fully be removed. I’m slowly working on getting the house in order and will need the rest of the carpets cleaned; I will 100% contact GreenLeaf when that time comes. Thanks for helping me do this for my mom!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, the introduction then a quick walkthrough to understand where the customer wants cleaned. Then we talk to the customer and explain the process. After an explaining the process we then start the pre-spray and cleaning.
