I wasn't sure what to expect from Thumbtack or this service provider. Well it turns out that Leroy and his lovely wife and helper were amazing. Carpet Steam Cleaned, All Windows Cleaned then entire house cleaned from top to bottom. He showed up to do the quote and when he learned that I wanted carpet cleaning and window cleaning he said "We can do it all" We walked the house and created a clear scope of work, he gave me a fair price and then he came back the next day and went to town. They were prompt, courteous and respectful at all times. They worked hard but still remained pleasant and upbeat. Most importantly they took care of all the little things that other companies overlook. If you're looking for professional cleaning services and you get a bid from Leroy.... just relax, you're gonna be happy.

In order to get an accurate estimate, we must go and see the job. Each job is different and has its one challenges. Once we quote you a price that is what you will pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer contacts us and we send an estimator to see the scope of the work. 2. We email them the quote 3.If they agree on the price we schedule the service at that time. 4. We do a walk through cleaning inspection with the customer to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service they received. 5. Collect payment after the service.

I have IICRC certification and have been in the cleaning industry for 34 years.
