- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Set up a phone consultation so I can find out what their expectations are as well as telling them a little bit more about myself and what I can offer. 2- If I am the best match then I make sure I’m clear on all the details for the event and that the client understands what I’m to provide in terms of service. 3- Provide the client with a Performance Agreement as a way to formalize the transaction. 4- Touch base with the client about a week before the event just to be sure we are all “on the same page“.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Classical Guitar Performance. I have also studied with a renown Flamenco guitar instructor from Spain. I have performed in several Jazz Festivals with a Grammy nominated recording artist.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds, from very exclusive VIP Receptions where one of the First Ladies was a guest to private parties for family and friends to large corporate events.
