The technician fixed my appliance problem in about 2 minutes. I mentioned that I wish I could find a 'handyman' that good. He asked what I needed done. I pointed out 2 small problems that needed attention that were nothing to do with appliances. He fixed them both. I am 85 and not able to climb ladders anymore. I was amazed at the competence and professionalism, and especially the kindness.

Renee came out and took a look at my LG washer, I’ve already done some repairs myself and while I am a nurse/mother during the day I’m tired of trying to play repairman, and I didn’t want to guess and check anymore so I had him come and take a peek and while it was an extremely simple fix, he didn’t even charge me!! He apologized for running a little late but he still made it within the widow he gave me so still punctual! He was respectful and kind, and he is well versed on all kinds of different appliances! I’ll definitely call them again for any issues that I have
