I found out that my dishwasher was not draining on Christmas Day, the next day found Elite through thumbtack and within minutes was planning my appointment, Rudy was punctual, polite and on time, had my dishwasher up and running in no time! Rudy messaged me on his arrival earlier within the allotted time, he came right in, started working, solved the problem with my washer. Problem was water staying in the rubber gasket that surrounds door. All he did was clean out the holes that allow it to drain. Then he showed me the issue and showed me how to clean it so I would have to call for repair again. Now that is honest. I would highly recommend this repair man. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
