I asked for 2 things to be repaired on my washer and he only fixed one. My washer still leaks water from the door and I feel I payed way too much for a simple repair that took less than 15 minutes.

Sorry for your inconvenience. I serviced you 2 month ago. I did specify that you have 30 days for a recall if you had any of the same issue return. If you still had a problem then, you did not reach out to me. Also the simple repair was mostly parts cost.

The technician was respectful and timely, wore a mask, and came to check on our dryer. His diagnosis was not on point with what really ended up being wrong; I will admit I had not mentioned the breaker switch flipping off because it had not been happening. All I had mentioned is that we switched the electric cable on it. After his visit, the breaker began to turn off began to happen, and eventually it popped. We replaced it and all is well now. I do believe that a more thorough review of the appliance would have allowed us to fix it faster and not pay $55 for a misdiagnosis. Had he returned to check it, and fix the breaker, I would have given him 5 stars because he was kind enough to answer all my text courteously, even on the weekend, and at least gave us the peace of mind that the dryer itself was ok.

I feel my diagnosis was on point to the issue it was related too, which is not mentioned on review. Might of been a coincidence that you also had an electrical issue which probably needed a electrician. I would like to thank for your input.
